Job Description:
-Be responsible for assembly routing arrangement, mechanical parts, production data collection and analysis or for assembly process in coordination with project /production planners and manufacturing;
-Assembly tool, measuring tool, cabinet application, assembly fixture design and modification; Ensuring that when products are introduced that require new tooling, MRO material and / or new TPOP material, these are specified, created in the system, procurement & QA are involved to ensure we purchase the items needed.
-Edit / update relative production documents, optimize process and update ;
- Audit the drawings made by mechanical engineer before releasing; Ensuring that the BOM structure reflects the production processes
-Pre-checking the quality;
- Process troubleshooting ;
-Monitor and ensure process quality and maintain quality system;
-Coach operators/technicians
Requirement:
-University graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics ,Mechanics or related major
-Familiar with mechanical equipment in assembly area in all manufacturing lines with mechanical assembly processes.
-5 yrs experience in mechanical and technical processes.
-English as communication necessary or to be learned
-Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
-Good service for process, strong innovation and work sense.
-Familiar/Proficient in using computer S/W and Auto-CAD.
- Good summarizing for work and expression.
-Familiar in quality system and process analysis.
- With sheet mental and piping experience is preferred.
