Job Description:

• Ensure the normal operation of the building and the facilities.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage production maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure the daily operation of the machines and all the maintenance work finished on time.
• Analyse maintenance records to identify problems and recommend solutions that will improve performance
• Responsible for implement related process about ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 with maintenance related.
• Responsible for checking all related records as defined schedule to ensure control risk
• Establish maintenance budgets every year including building maintenance, equipment maintenance, tooling etc.
• Responsible for report about injury or facilities broken/problems timely.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree , Major: Mechanical Engineering or related major
• About 5 years related experience in charge of Maintenance leader
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 standards requirements about workshop and equipment
• Good written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong problem solving skill and strong management skill
