职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责ODM产品线的硬件产品的需求评估、技术攻关、技术积累和研发流程梳理；
2、确保研发项目硬件开发目标的实现，能够组织项目硬件团队准时、优质地完成相关工作；
3、制定项目硬件开发子计划文档，量化任务，并合理分配给相应的人员，跟踪工作进度，协调团队合作；
4、负责ODM硬件团队的招聘和培养，包括基带\射频\Layout；
5、负责ODM硬件团队的管理。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历计算机，电子或相关专业；
2、熟悉智能硬件开发流程，具有6年以上的高通、MTK等平台的硬件开发经验，熟练硬件工作原理，较强的独立从事项目硬件评估和设计的能力；
3、成熟稳重、工作认真、逻辑思维能力、组织协调能力，良好的敬业精神和敢于挑战的精神；
4、良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，能熟练阅读英文技术文档；
5、具有较强逻辑思维能力，语言的表达、沟通及项目推进能力；
6、具备3年以上的团队管理的经验和较强的团队管理能力。
