Job Title: Senior Scientist position in AMD（Animal Model Department）

Location: Nanjing, China
Job Description
1.Provide supervisory and training to associate and assistant scientists.
2.Take charge of some major custom projects and internal development projects.
3.Be responsible for research and development for new technology development to promote our animal model services platform.
4.Working with marketing and sales dept to develop the market of new products.
5.Ensuring effective completion of multiple studies, including timelines, required technical skills, scientific literatures required, communication with customer, proper documentation, and familiarity with the relative standard operation procedures.

Requirements
1.A Ph. D. degree in biomedical science, pharmacology or related discipline, overseas is preferred;
2.A thorough understanding in cancer pharmacology, hands-on experience in cell biology and animal model study is required. Experience in cell biology, molecular biology or drug discovery is a plus;
3.The candidate must be bi-lingual, fluent in Chinese and English reading, writing and conversation.
