JOB TITLE ： 研发总监/副总裁(Sr.)R&D VP
Planning the R&D of technology development strategy, the integration of the core technology, guide the company new product new technology research and development work, to ensure that the company's products and services in technical innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1, according to the development strategy, presided over technology development strategy planning formulated, and puts forward the development route and technology company product development direction and contents
2, Track latest technology trend and make good proposal for technology planning
3, Responsible for the company's technology research and development and product quality supervision and guidance of work, the examination and approval organization department technical standard and development process, the integration of core technology research and development, ensure that the company's development strategy and the products of the plan effectively
4, Take charge of the new product development project /infrastructure design core technology research, to examine the major technical scheme of, and promoting the execution
5, The review product/project system optimization scheme, participate in important project users technical exchange proposals and contract negotiations
6, According to the working characteristics of R&D team, set up the excellent talents to the training and selection of mechanism and improve the research and development team work enthusiasm and initiative

QUALIFICATIONS
1, B.S or M.S or above Degree in computer science, or related disciplines
2, Minimum of 3-6 years experience as a R&D VP
3, Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products, must possess innovative and creative thinking skills to think out of the box with regards to marketing solutions, especially with respect to industry and competitive trends
4, Have 6+ years hands-on software design experience with at least 3 years software architecture design experience
5, Have solid technical background with strong experience in multimedia processing, J2EE, searching and enterprise content management or in data mining and BI domain
6, Familiar with software engineering methodology and quality systems
7, Have strong leadership skill, experience of more than 100 people management through research and development project team
8, Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
9, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Chinese
10, Self-motivated, quick learner, good team worker, highly responsive and proactive person
11, Work under pressure of immediate deadlines, be able to handle multitask
