Position: Tooling Manager 模具经理
Working Location: Suzhou city, Jiangsu Province
Report to: General Manager
Employer: WFOE

Responsibilities
1、Responsible for the overall management of tool room
2、Responsible for the new mold development and to ensure timely completion of mold mass production plan
3、Responsible for tool room cost calculation and mold cost control
4、Effectively communicate with various functional departments within the company
5、Can work with customers about design and technical issues
6、Strictly follow the TS16949 requirements and have the spirit of continuous improvements
7、Can comprehensively manage and enhance the manufacturing process.
8、Continually train and develop subordinates, establish and improve an efficient, multi-skilled team for mold making;
9、Complete the provisional tasks assigned by company management in time

Requirements
1、Male, 30-45 years old
2、Bachelor degree or above, major in mold making, tool design or mechanical design is preferred;
3、Have excellent English listening, reading, writing and speaking skills.
4、Proficient in mold making, mold design, equipment operation and maintenance, the candidate should have 5 years working experience as tool room manager;
5、With the manufacture experience in multi-cavity and runner less mould;
6、With the experience in managing the CNC lathes, machining centers, EDM and other mold processing equipments;
7、Have experience in mold repair and tool replacement.
8、Proficiency in using the PRO-E, UG, CATIA and other 3D software as well as the daily operations of ERP system;
9、Be familiar with ISO2000 and TS16949 quality management system and the requirements and operation of 5S management;
10、Have good professionalism and positive attitude, innovative, have sound collaboration and initiate capacity;
11、Have experience in integrating and optimizing the standard and all processes in the tool room.
