Translate BG/M&T objectives into local PPM (Preventive Predictive Maintenance) plan in conjunction with maintenance management.
Identify, prioritise (likelihood and consequences) and review regular (potential) performance killers.
Analyse performance killers by use of RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
Identify potential performance killers (e.g. by means of a Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA)).
Propose and initiate solutions to eliminate (potential) performance killers and discuss with stakeholders (maintenance, production, business, etc.).
Bring solutions into preventive maintenance programs
Increase levels of user knowledge and ownership by supporting training to production personnel.
Prepare Capital Expenditure proposals for projects giving improved reliability.
Scope investment projects giving improved reliability.
Document, file and communicate solutions.
Execute defined SHE and Q policies.
Comply with DSM Values, "People, Planet, Profit', HR policies, minimum requirements and guidelines.
Authorities:
Proactively involve departments to address reliability issues.
Budget expenditure within agreed limits.
Proactively maintain and develop specific technical competences.
Secure reliability risks in change proposals (Management of Change).
Responsible/Accountable for:
Fully comply with the SHE systems in MOC procedures, changes in SOPs, work permits, work instructions and other activities and solutions related to the tasks.
Proper use and continuous execution of IER work processes.
Providing adequate solutions for (potential) performance killers.
Improvement projects are in accordance with safety and environmental requirements, DSM standards and engineering requirements.
Quality of technical competence.
Share results with other reliability engineers intra BG.
