OUR OFFER:

 - Lead the project of delivering switches for cross vehicle lines, ensure the project be delivered on time with quality per program required.

 - Develop design with studio to ensure the surface development achievement and meet or exceed system & vehicle functional & feature & attribute targets.

 - Work with closely with supplier/Global lead engineering team/JV to support product launches and fix the issue in time with quality according to milestone deliverable.

 - Good Program Management skills.  (Gant Charts, understanding of lead times, etc.)

 - Negotiate/SPOC with Ford global team and supplier in English during parts development and issue fixing period, good communication skill needed.

 - Execute the test on HIL, breadboard, vehicle and other benches, provide the test report.

 - Lead in resolving issues to closure and manage design & engineering changes;

 - Support all APQP activities and PPAP sign-off.

YOU:

- Have a strong, common sense approach to engineering design and issue resolution

 - Strong communications skills suited to interactions with cross functional teams such as marketing, legal, engineering & management for project implementation

 - Maintain good relationship with client and proactively develop new project opportunit

 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 - Experience in CATIA and plastic/stamping tooling related background

 - MS or Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Vehicle Engineering

 - Automotive Engineering experience is required; Automotive Accessories engineering experience is preferred but any experience involving a structured design and development process will also be beneficial
