职位描述：
Business Responsibilities
- 与运营部门和学术部门紧密合作，为新的客户和现有客户传递澳洲亲亲袋鼠早教式体验，确保中心完成每月和每季度的销售指标。
- 严格按照亲亲袋鼠销售程序和政策为家长介绍亲亲袋鼠早教课程内容和教学方法。
- 电话跟进潜在客户，安排预约时间，确认预约。
- 在Sales Force中创建和保存准确的客户资料
- 为市场部活动提供中心内外的支持，吸引更多的家长报名亲亲袋鼠早教课程。
- 与家长建立和保持良好的关系，及时为家长解决所碰到的问题。
- 让现有家长续读亲亲袋鼠的课程，邀请家长推荐朋友来亲亲袋鼠学习。
- 提供有关中心销售战略和销售工具的反馈给中心销售经理。
- 随时维持亲亲袋鼠专业和清洁的形象。
准时对待所有列入日程的工作。
- Work closely with the operations and academic teams to deliver the Kindyroo Experience to both new and existing parents to support monthly and quarterly center sales target achievement.
- Introduce Kindyroo course contents and teaching methodology to parents in strict accordance with Kindyroo sales process and policies.
- Follow up with potential customer by telephone to schedule appointments and confirm appointments.
- Create and maintain accurate customer profiles within Sales Force.
- Support marketing activities in and outside of the center to enroll new parents into Kindyroo programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, as needed helps parents solve issues.
- Works with existing parents to renew in the Kindyroo program and to invite parent referrals to join Kindyroo.
- Provide on-going feedback to the Center Sales Manager in regards to center sales strategy and tools
- Maintain a professional and polished Disney appearance at all times.
- Punctual to all scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications
· 具备与孩子及其家庭/看护人打交道的热情; 理解儿童家长的经验和儿童教育工作。
· 至少1年的工作经验; 具备在早教机构或与其类似的教育服务业工作经验者优先考虑。
· 具备在晚上及周末工作的灵活时间。
· 有上进心，努力追求目标。
· 良好的自主工作和团队协作能力。
· 具备高度诚实可信的人格。
· 大专以上学历，擅长Word、Excel等的电脑技能。
· A passion for working with children and their families / caregivers; Understand kid parent’s experience and kid education.
· 1 year minimum work experience; working experience in a early childhood development center or similar educational. Service business highly preferred.
· Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
· Self-motivated, driven to achieve results.
· Work independently and good team work.
· Have high personal integrity and credibility.
· College degree or above required；Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
