1，暖通或机电大专以上学历，优秀应届毕业生；有相关机电暖通施工质量管理工作经验者优先；

2，年龄22-30岁；

3，需要较强的项目监控、质量监督与沟通协调能力；

4，工作敬业，愿意现场吃苦，细心严谨，责任心强，有团队合作精神；

5，服从公司调遣，愿意长期现场驻扎或出差的；

5，熟悉掌握国家建筑行业相关标准和技术规范，包括安全、施工、验收等相关过程，具有丰富的现场施工管理经验者优先；

6，有安全员、质量员证书优先；

7，有大中型暖通项目的施工管理经验者优先。

    团队成员操作的低碳建筑项目类型涉及别墅与公寓，不同高度和不同类型的公共建筑。
