Major Accountabilities

Provide supports in sales data collection and analysis.

Assist and support Sales team in verbal and written communication within sales team when necessary

Follow up with sales team for business planning, forecasting & reporting.

To build the Monthly Field Selling Expense Reports, Sales Tracking, Call Reporting System, , Sales Team Contact List up to date with the greatest accuracy and on time.

Communicate with sales team on admin, HR, Financial affairs when necessary

Support to develop and maintain all the related managing procedures and systems

Communicate with all internal departments on admin affairs when necessary.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree;

· At least 2 years relevant work experience;

· Excellent communication skills;

· Proficient in both English and Chinese.Spanish is preferred

· A team player.
