RESPONSIBILITIES
? Supports team head in executing strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets of Debit Card and settlement business
? Work with team head in new product development to meet customers' needs
? Work with team head to achieve plan result in terms of product profitability
? Work with technology counterparties to implement system enhancement projects
? Work with internal parties (including local and regional) on overall product management
? Develop customer communication for continuous customer engagement
? Provide product information and sales tools for front line relationship managers and other sales staff
? Work with external parties like counterparties, agencies, vendors etc to deliver programs
? Work with product marketing to prepare marketing proposals, program evaluations and other database marketing related analysis
? Provide coaching and feedback to support staff development
? To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and internal control in all aspects
KEY REQUIREMENTS
? High Integrity
? University graduate with min. 4-5 years working experience, debit card system experience preferred
? Good knowledge of settlement products
? Proven ability to deliver results
? Good interpersonal/ communication skills
? Able to work with tight deadlines
? Meticulous, analytical and detail-oriented
? Team player
SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED
? Appreciation for system details, operational priorities and sensitivity to compliance requirements
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong analytical and organizational skills
