Design and implement production hardware to support Ericsson NPI/TPI requirements;
New automatic production equipment/process study;
Develop the automation/tools/fixture/equipment roadmap to support new platform production;
Root Cause Analysis and improvement from process area;
Mechanical Lab maintenance;

资历

Hold university diploma or above in the area of Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Production Engineer, Process Enginner etc.
Design experience and knowledge from Automation/Production;
Structured, good problem analysis and solving skills;
Fluent oral and written communications in both Chinese and English.
Can work independently and play positive role in a team, showing promising characters of creativeness, persuading ability.
above 3 years working experience in Automation/Production area is preferred.
Good process management knowledge and Six Sigma Yellow Belt is preferred.
