The Ericsson Process, Information & Data Management function is responsible for the maintenance and gatekeeping of all global master data throughout its lifecycle on behalf of Ericsson's process owners. Standardized and high quality master data is critical to secure efficient execution and control of system transactions and business processes. The responsibilities of the position include:
Maintain global master data in SAP system, including related applications (i.e. create, update and delete).
Maintain competence concerning the contents and use of the master data.
Carry out trouble shooting and 1st line support with regards to master data related issues and questions.
Propose improvements in existing master data processes.
Participate in project implementation.
Arrange training activities for authorized master data requester and colleagues.
Provide support in various master data related projects and process improvement activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree's, preferably computer application, logistic, supply chain management, etc.
Highly analytical and logical minded
Good communication and presentation skills
Service oriented and customer focused
Fluent in English (written, oral)
Good knowledge in SAP R/3 and supply chain processes is preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc)
Be able to work in a cross-cultural environment
Be able to work in 3 shifts.
