Job Title: Helpdesk support engineer
Department: IT

Job Responsibilities:
Working as a member of helpdesk team;
Providing computer system installation/rebuild (hardware/software);
Resolving operating system and software (office/outlook/IP phone/anti-virus, etc) problem;
Resolving hardware issues, printing issues, phone issue, VPN issue and network connectivity issues;
Providing meeting room equipment maintenance (Phone/ mini switch / Projector / Polycom video/ Polycom audio / TV / Audio system);
Providing cabling system/ printer maintenance;
Providing IT asset/ inventory management;
Providing IT orientation to end users;
Log all work and service into the company's helpdesk system;
Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge database;
Stay current on latest technical innovations in the industry, specifically as it applies to MS Windows and related products;
