职位描述
1、负责数据存储、数据库的需求分析和方案设计,方案能在成本、性能、需求上取得平衡，并负责实现
2、负责数据库规划部署、性能优化、疑难问题攻关、推动研发问题解决，优化产品能力
3、编写可行性报告、MRD、PRD、TRD文档
4. 对所负责系统进行规划，并结合项目不断优化和升级，解决相关性能、稳定性、可用性和扩展性问题
5、根据物联网产品定义的业务类型，完成数据的抽取和分析，完成消息数据处理、海量行为日志处理等相关模型、算法的设计与开发；
任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验,有物联网数据处理、建模经验的优先；
2、精通Linux平台，有良好编程习惯和算法基础；
3、掌握传统关系型数据库(Mysql/Oracle等)的优化和处理，基于业务模型，能够指导团队使用分库分表、读写分离、异步查询等手段提升用户手段；
4、掌握对物联网产品中海量消息因的业务需求进行的时序存储；
5、熟悉数据仓储工具的常见开发和使用，明确了解其使用场景，如MangoDB、TIDB、HBase、Hadoop，Hive，druid，spark、ES等开源软件和框架，精通其中至少两项；
6、掌握数据库原理和架构，精通数据库优化工具和方法论。
7、掌握数据备份、恢复、容灾等技术架构原理和方法
6、有较强的总结能力，数据分析能力，对数据敏感，较好的逻辑思维能力和理解能力，表达思维清晰；
