Responsibilities
· Responsible for market research and analyses, price positioning, brand and advertising measurements
· Coordinate communication strategy managing national events and shows organization and ensuring regular and timely release of dealer communications on various subjects of commercial business.
· Give impulse suggesting new products to be proposed into Chinese market.
· Give guidance and support to Public Relation Dep.
· Responsible for Commercial Division for the reporting to Iveco HQ.
· Involved in the design of incentives for top customers.
· Organize external Survey for Customer satisfaction and competitor quality track.
· Involved in the design of the training that marketing people has to receive
· Cooperate with Italian enterprises based in China according to Iveco Rep. Office requests.
Requirements
· Have good knowledge of business environment in China
· Exhibit strong market analytical skills as well as business acumen.
· Integrity, intelligent and proactive.
· Have leadership qualities to lead and motivate the sales&marketing team.
· Have practical strategic and tactical marketing knowledge.
· Good knowledge in financial and accounting implications to product costing, relationship between volume, contribution and profitability of the company
· Should have at least ten years' sales & marketing management experience in commercial vehicle industry
· Demonstrated track record in opening and closing of business deals, contracts with local and global customers.
· Analytical abilities and presentation skills
· A solid knowledge of value proposition development and marketing planning / execution process
· Sound use of excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint operation
· Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese
