Site HR Business Partner 区域HR业务合作伙伴:

  

• Overall provide business partnering and HR support to Crown CBBJ workforce including R&D and Commercial and support functional roles;
• Provide proactive consultation and direction to leadership in areas of employee/labor relations, performance management, training and development, and overall organizational effectiveness;
• Drive HR policies, procedures, systems and initiative at site level;
• Leads or contributes to HR projects defined by Global HR based on Country level;
• Solve problems linked to organizational, communication or management issues;
• Drive continuous improvement mindset in a culture of high performance and accountability;
• Assist supervisors with the resolution of employee performance concerns and advise supervisors regarding employee performance improvement plans;
• Establish excellent rapport with management and the employees;
• Provide leadership on HR Management Team to address labor relations and related employee issues;
• Assist employees in resolving personal problems that may adversely affect the employee’s performance;
• Work closely with HR core team to develop and implement HR initiatives in responsible field;
• Manage the local employee benefits system (ex: social security, supplementary medical insurance reimbursement, housing funds, etc.)
• Advise supervisors and administrators in Employee/Labor Relations areas of HR management, including labor law, wage and working hour laws, disability law and other applicable laws;
• Lead/Support Corporate Relations to apply all kinds of government funds/grants;
• Ensure the effectiveness of all process and procedure at site level;
• Other related work assigned by supervisors.

• Work closely with HR leadership team and business line managers to source and select people of the right competencies, experience and caliber and implement staffing strategies to meet business needs;
• Participate campus recruitment activities via effective articulation of employer brand and employee value proposition;
• Build employer brand through recruiting activities and creative advertising;
• Give a direct input to Functional HR in the preparation of Budget, Site workforce plan (ex: headcount forecast, salary evolutions, competences and resources needed, productivity plans…)
• Handle on-boarding and orientation processes to provide superior experience for new employees;
• Handle probation, internal/external transfer, Labor contract renew, leave/termination procedures and processes for employees.

  

Background and working Experience 专业背景及经验：

  

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or other related fields;
• 10+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with 5+ years of managerial experience in a fast-paced corporate environment;
• Experience and success with positive employee relations in the healthcare industry;
• Strong experience in Recruitment, including but not limited to campus recruitment, social recruitment etc;
• Experience with “field work” and supporting multi-site facilities from an HR support perspective;
• Overall experience in Labor related area
