职位描述
1.订单跟进。通知仓库进行配货处理，及时和仓库沟通，协助物流配送工作，确保订单可以正常发货，换货，退货等。
2.客诉处理。及时有效的解决客户的建议与投诉，进行客诉跟踪，整理客户建议信息，反馈对应部门优化改善，负责与平台客服沟通协调工作，解决客户纠纷。
3.后台操作，根据各平台要求，查看客户反馈信息，并跟进中，差评处理，工单处理等。
4客户服务。响应客户服务需求及客户的反馈建议，维护客户关系，通过邮件，电话，QQ等进行工作沟通协作。
