As an experienced recruiting manager for Company, you will need to proactively learn the business, understand business needs and translate these needs into finding and recruiting great talent. It will be important to understand the business strategy and how to find and attract talented candidates who will accelerate business growth. Also, understanding how to measure the effectiveness of the recruiter's contributions to the company, identifying appropriate metrics and knowing how to calculate, drive and report them will be necessary.
Primary Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage recruiting for entry-level through managerial roles throughout China
- Recruiting, University Relations, Workforce Planning, Co-op and Intern hiring, Vendor Management
- Work with Company managers and internal/external recruiters to develop a proactive approach to hiring and sourcing candidates.
- Work with Business HR leaders and functional managers to determine the upcoming staffing needs through workforce planning
- Maintain and track information in an applicant tracking system. Lead the roll-up and data collection of metrics.
- Oversee the Employee Referral Program
- Manage University Relations and intern hiring events to develop a sustaining pipeline of candidates for the future. Work to increase the use of interns.
- Consult worldwide locations on Talent Sourcing issues
- Provide prescreening/phone screening of potential candidates
- Conduct on-site interviewing and reference checks
- Create and develop job descriptions for requirements
- Develop offer letters for potential hires
Other Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of experience recruiting for a multi-national company.
- Experience managing a team required
- Experience recruiting engineers and other technical functions required.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to produce detailed work accurately and quickly
- The ability to multi-task
- To work well with others and to contribute to the success of the department and organization.
- Deliver projects and work on time
- Think proactively and independently to get work done more efficiently and effectively
