一、主要工作职责Main job responsibility

  

1. 负责订单处理（查询、打印、处理），订单审核、配货、打标签、发货。

  

Responsible for order process, including enquiry, printing and process, order review, goods allocation, label printing and delivery.

  

2、负责及时更新和修改订单状态，物流信息上传.

  

Responsible for updating and revising order status, logistic information upload.

  

3、 收货，验货，清点入库，更新系统数据。

  

Goods receive, checking, enter into warehouse, and update the system.

  

4、异常物流订单处理、反馈、跟进。

  

Subnormal order handle, feedback an follow up.

  

5、建立报表，反馈每日收货、发货、退换货、库存情况。  

  

Set up reporting, feedback goods receive, delivery, replace, return and inventory.

  

6、及时向客户反馈收发货信息，确保客户满意。

  

Feedback goods receive and delivery information to customer and make sure customer satisfaction.

  

7、最终目标： 库存准确、及时发货、准确发货等。

  

Ultimate target: inventory accuracy, in time and accurate delivery.

  

8. Choose right logistics supplier to reduce cost with right deliver time and service.

  

9. 公司安排的其他工作，以及其他项目需要的临时支持性工作。

  

Other jobs arranged by company, and other project temporary needed jobs support.

Skillful on ERP and Dianxiaomi software operation.

  

1. 具备跨境电商、店小秘物流操作经验。

  

Have working experience on overseas e-commerce and Dianxiaomi logistic operation.

  

1. Over junior college, good at English writing and reading.
