职位描述
1.本科以上学历，英语、工商管理、机械专业优先。
2. 具备制造业或外贸公司采购工作经验1年以上，具备五金、包材、塑胶、电子、辅料等物料采购经验。优秀应届生也可考虑。2 years working experience in manufactory and trading company, and have purchasing experience of hardware, packing materials, plastic, electronic and consumables. Excellent graduate with little working experience will be considered.
3. 英文CET 4 以上，可读写英文邮件。Over CET 4, can write and read English email.
4. 有较强的抗压能力，踏实肯干，责任心强,有良好的职业素养；工作细致严谨,数字意识强，思维敏捷,性格外向，工作主动。Resistance to high pressure, work hard, high sense of responsibility, professional; detail-oriented, sensitive to data, logic thinking, outwards, passionate.
角色及核心工作目标Roles and key working target
严格执行公司采购管理制度、程序、规则，具体执行公司采购下单、跟单、催货、申请付款、异常处理、文件管理作业，达成所负责订单的交货期、品质、成本、客户满意目标，配合、支持其他部门和公司整体运作。
Strictly execute company purchasing management system, rules, procedure, hands on to handle PO place, order follow up, delivery push, payment application, subnormal handle, documents management, responsible for achieving target of OTD, quality, cost and customer satisfaction of the PO, support other department and company overall operation.
