Job Title: Logistics Assistant
Report to: Supply Chain Manager, China
Main Responsiblity:
Responsible to assist Shipping Coordinator to deal with incoming import customs clearance and out-going delivery.
- Assist to communicate related inter-company departments/outside parties timely to coordinate incoming/out-going shipments/deliveries.
- Prepare customs declarations and other required documents under instructions
- Generating/processing delivery /shipping documents in system
- Inland transportation arrangement for domestics customers on timely basis
- Filing documentation /keep records base upon department requirement.
Needed competencies:
- Experienced in Customs Clearance
- Master Microsoft office software
- English written/oral skill is required
- Speak proficient English is a plus
- Strong responsibility and credibility
Education:
University degree or above, outdoor sports lover is preferred
Needed working experience:
More than 1 year relative working experience in logistics department
