职位描述
负责所有班次工作任务的监督和管理，包括机器，有效的人力资源管理，物料控制，合理使用设备，发展及遵守生产制造系统。在技师和操作员等中强调团队工作精神。
Responsible for supervising and managing work tasks of all shift activities, including machinery, effective human resource management, materials control, appropriate equipment use, development and compliance with the manufacturing system. Strengthen teamwork among Technicians, operators, etc.
责任与义务DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
负责保证所有注塑模具机器和设备都在正常工作。引导和协调生产操作员的工作，协调换模工作并通过验证零件符合现存的标准来保证机器生产高质量的零件。必须有示范零缺陷部件的准备。应该执行环境保护政策和可适用质量和环境管理系统指示。执行工作场所安全和健康政策及可适用指示。
Responsible for ensuring that all injection molding machines and equipment are working correctly. Lead and coordinate the efforts of production operators, coordinate mold changes and ensure that the machines are producing high quality pieces by verifying that they meet existing standards. Must have and demonstrate a zero defects mentality. Should comply with the Environmental Policy and applicable Quality and Environmental Management Systems Instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.

保持与操作员针对工作任务即时交流和对其表现进行评价。
- Maintain constant communication with operators for task and performance evaluation.
及时准备报告和协调工作来达到生产的标准。
- Prompt preparation of reports and coordination of efforts to meet production standards.
与采购，收货，发货，零件组装部门和工程部门及时沟通，保证质量，并保证及时高效地完成生产。
- Contact with Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping, Finishing and Engineering, guaranteeing quality to ensure that production is done on time and in a cost effective manner.
