工作职责
-Establish distribution network in the region and manage sub-distributor performance to reach sales target.
建立所负责区域的代理商销售网络,管理代理商的绩效以完成公司的销售任务
-Lead and guide sub-distributor to execute company and BU strategy to make sure a healthy and sustainable business.
引导代理商执行公司的业务发展战略并确保公司业务的健康可持续发展
- Be responsible for customer reception; provide overseas real estate consulting services.
负责客户接待,提供海外置业咨询服务
- Be familiar with the real estate projects and able to introduce to the customers; have the independent ability to accomplish relevant link operation.
充分了解房产项目,能熟练地进行解说介绍,掌握房产购买流程且能独立完成相关环节操作。
- Successfully complete the overseas real estate sales plan during the index.
圆满达成海外置业销售计划的各项期间指标。
Job Requirements
任职要求
- Bachelor degree or above, fluent in written and spoken English, overseas education background is preferred。
大学本科及以上学位,英语读写流利,海外留学背景者优先。
- At least two years working experience related estate sales or investment immigrant consultant; have a deep understanding of the market.
具备两年及以上房产销售或投资移民顾问等相关行业工作经验;对投资移民和海外投资市场有深入的了解。
- Good personal image, be provided with overseas real estate or other relevant professional investment knowledge.
良好的个人职业形象,了解海外房地产及其他投资等相关专业知识。
- Have a strong insight analysis and good language expression ability,be good at communication, very specific working target.
洞察分析能力强,具有良好的语言表达能力,善于沟通交流,有明确的目标意识。
