职位描述
英语能简单读写即可,5天8小时,下属3人。
Job responsibilities
1.Assist HR Manager to prepare annual C&B budget and annual salary increase and package.
2. Select benchmark positions and participate in salary survey . Perform job matching, consolidate and input quality company data to external consultant(s).
3. Provide recommendations for C&B in line with the market trend and company C&B policy in order to maintain competitiveness of company salary level.
4. To analyse the salary status of different job level in order to balance company salary distribution.
5. Coordinate the performance appraisal process.
6. Highlight discrepancies between current company practices on benefits/social security contributions and legal requirements to management for rectification..
7. Prepare summary report on major events, e.g. ASI average increase, PA distribution.
8. Review attendance record, update the salary master file to proceed payroll calculation accurately and issue timely.
9. Supervise the team of C&B.
Job requirements:
1.University graduate in Human Resource Management, or related fields
2.Minimum five years of C&B working experience, with at least two years in a supervisory position. Experience in the C&B of manufacturing industry is preferable.
3.Ability of developing C&B proposals and programs independently as well as in teams
4.Ability of reviewing attendance record, updating the salary master file to proceed payroll calculation accurately and issue timely.
5.Ability of leading and supervising C&B team
6.Ability of communicating effectively with people at different levels
7.Ability of using MS Office software
8.Good command of writing and reading English.
