Key Accountabilities:

1.    Be in charge of related quality and EHS

2.    Be in charge of quality of raw materials and need to make corrective action to resolve technical and quality issues.

3.    Optimize process, test plan and parameters and be sure SOP are strictly followed.

4.    Troubleshooting

5.    Be in charge of analysis of product quality and implementing quality improvement

6.    Resolve technical issues raised by operation and customers

7.    Technical and quality document update

 

Technical Skills, experience and knowledge:

?      Bachelor degree in chemistry /chemicals/pigments or above is preferred

?      Minimum of 5 years’ job experience in chemical industry and pigment related industry’s experience preferable

?      Familiar with quality and process control as well as EHS knowledge;

?      Excellent communication with strong written and verbal skills in both Chinese and English

?      Excellent Microsoft office tool skills and good team player

?      Ability to efficiently
