Deputy General Manager (based in Nanjing)

Responsibilities:

• Grow the business mainly in the food catering for the aviation industry with some new initiatives to grow into the non-aviation food sector as well.
• Assist the General Manager to oversee the operation and P&L of an established frozen food production facility located in Nanjing.
• Ensures timely fulfilment of orders, labour productivity, quality control, food and operation safety.
• Manage key functions such as Engineering, Production, Quality Control etc and drive collaboration and cooperation.
• Use proper parameters to measure the effectiveness of the operation and make appropriate improvements.
• Ensure safe working environment for all employees. Strictly implement EHS policy and procedures, to ensure safety is always being well followed, in order to eliminate safety, environmental incident and also occupational disease. Drive HSE continuous improvement in terms of accident prevention.
• Manage lean manufacturing to control / improve operation cost and efficiency. Inventory management to minimise wastage. Achieve lowest labour cost and manufacturing overhead as a percentage of sales.
• Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
• Identify and develop talents so as to build a strong team.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree
• Bilingual in both Chinese and English
• Nanjing native or able to base in Nanjing permanently
• Financial savvy and strong business acumen
• Higher emphasis placed on candidates with extensive business development experience and established good relationships with airlines, airport authorities and food catering companies at the airport.
• It will be a major plus if the candidate also has operations experience in food production (ideally in frozen food), well versed in lean manufacturing, production planning, food safety, quality control, cost control, inventory management, and logistics.
• Strong leadership to create a cohesive working environment and drive high performance.
• Knows ISO management system well.

副总经理（工作地点在南京）

工作职责：

• 开展航空餐业务，兼开拓非航空餐业务。
• 协助总经理负责南京工厂的整体运营和损益。
• 确保及时交付、劳动生产率、品控、食品和运营安全。
• 管理主要的部门如设备工程、生产、品控等，驱动高效紧密的协作。
• 使用参数科学地衡量运营效率，并适度提高。
• 确保安全的工作环境。严格执行安全政策和流程，确保人人遵守安全规范，消除安全隐患、事故及职业病。驱动安全持续改进，减少事故的发生。
• 管理精益化生产，控制运营成本，提高生产效率。进行存货管理以减少浪费。降低人力成本和行政管理费用。
• 发展高绩效的企业文化。
• 识别和发展人才，打造高效团队。

任职要求：

• 本科学历
• 中英文熟练
• 南京本地人或长期在南京安家
• 财务知识丰富，有商务敏锐度
• 有丰富的商务拓展经验，与航空公司、民航局、食品服务公司保持良好关系者优先考虑
• 有食品生产（冷冻食品）运营经验，熟悉精益化生产、生产计划、食品安全、品控、成本控制、存货管理、物流等。
• 有较强的领导力，打造有凝聚力的工作氛围，驱动高绩效。
• 熟悉ISO管理体系。
