2 To analyze on customer's vehicles the complex technical failures whose origin is not identified. 负责客户车辆上发现的未识别出根本原因的复杂技术问题的分析。 2 To detect new subjects to be analyzed and validate the relevance of these issues with the concerned TDCx. 发掘待分析的新问题并且确认这些问题与各控制塔之间的关联。 2 To ensure the deployment of new technologies skills for new products within QD/SFIM. 针对新产品开发相应的技术技能。 Major Responsibilities 岗位职责 2 Level3 technical analysis for customer’s vehicle complex technical failures, in order to identify the root cause. 对客户车辆发现的负责技术问题提供3级技术分析，以确定根本原因。 2 To detect new subjects to be analyzed and then inform TDC with necessary information/evidence. 发掘待分析的新问题并向控制台发送必要的信息/证据。 2 In a particular case, to carry out an interview of the customer to specify the conditions of appearance of the failure, complying with the confidentiality and the rules of communication. 在特殊情况下，在遵守保密规定及沟通规则的情况下，对客户进行面谈以了解故障出现的特定条件。 2 If necessary, give a proposal about update of TSB (Technical support bulletin); 必要时提供TSB（技术支持公告）更新的建议。 2 Contribute to possible emergency and crisis meetings linked to cases seen on the field 参与与售后发现的质量事故相关的各种紧急会议和质量危机会 2 Provide mission report and weekly synthesis. 提交任务报告和周报。 Qualifications 任职要求 College 2 With vehicle technical knowledge, familiar with structure and working principle of vehicle and engine, know well the control logic relation between each system HW and SW, in order to quickly identify potential causes of customer defect. 具备专业的汽车技术知识，熟悉汽车/发动机结构及工作原理，了解各系统软硬件之间控制逻辑关系，以便快速锁定造成客户缺陷的潜在原因。 2 With experience of vehicle static and dynamic test, able to quickly identify defect location and conditions to reproduce the defect. With DS experience is preferred. 具备整车静态和动态测试经验，能够快速定位缺陷部位并找到缺陷复现的条件。有DS车辆相关经验者。 2 With experience of in-plant or field vehicle defect analysis, experience in technical scope of engine, chassis, EE, NVH is preferred. 有整车厂内或售后缺陷分析的经验，尤其是在发动机，底盘,电子电器或NVH方面为佳。 2 With strong logical thinking, good communication and coordination. 良好的逻辑思维能力和良好的沟通协调能力。 2 Be able to assimilate technical data, draw conclusions from available evidence 能够整合数据，并从现有证据中给出结论。 2 Have driving license, C1 or above, and willing to do regular and shortly planed business travel 具有C1或以上驾照，能够接受定期或临时的出差。
