职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the regional human resources operations (generalist) function whereby the operational aspects of service and delivery are effectively, efficiently and consistently delivered across the regional sites which include manufacturing operations, quick response centers and sales offices.
2.Develop and implement structure and plan for the build-out of the shared service, service center and self-service function.
3.Assist in the implementation of the talent acquisition shared service model.
4.Develop, build, mentor and lead an organization with a customer service orientation able to meet or exceed agreed to service level targets focused on ongoing improvements with regard to human resource service.
5.Ongoing identification of process improvement opportunities and implementation of enhancements to drive efficiency and improved levels of support contributing to a "Best in Class" human resource organization.
6.Lead a culturally diverse regional team comprised of operations/generalist functions.
7.Collaborate, influence, and work closely with key stakeholders, including the HR Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
8.Effectively manage vendor/partner relationships to ensure delivery of quality services (i.e. talent acquisition and payroll). Establish and maintain service level agreements internally.
9.Ensure human resources data integrity and security through accurate management of employee records, employment data changes, compliance and security measures including both regular and ad hoc human resources reporting and analytics.
10.Monitor and ensure regional compliance with employment laws, labor agreements, and HR functional policies and programs. Monitor, support or conduct investigations regarding complex and highly sensitive employee relations and grievance issues.
11.Implement and evaluate procedures to manage bargaining unit interaction, contract administration, grievance administration and discipline to ensure organizational goals are met and identify and escalate issues as warranted


Requirements:
1.Minimum of 10+ years' experience in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
2.Minimum of 5+ years leading a team.
3.Strong focus on process improvement, developing efficiencies, and standardization of operational/generalist functions.
4.Values the importance of continual improvements with regard to customer service and service metrics of internal customer base.
5.Strong internal client facing skills with a flexible communication style and strong organizational courage and resilience.
6.In-depth knowledge of labor relations, arbitration proceedings, and the laws governing collective bargaining.
7.Metrics-driven professional with experience socializing and presenting analysis, proposals, and strategies to organizational leaders.
8.Strong track record of managing complex cross-functional projects and getting things done effectively and efficiently in a collaborative way.
9.Proven expertise in change management.

Education:
10.Bachelor's/ University degree is requested,master's/ post-secondary degree could be preferred.
