  Processes and records purchase orders according to requisitions made in compliance with the purchasing procedure.

  Reports business documents to expedite purchased goods.

  Checks for changes or cancellations of purchase orders

• 保持按字母顺序排列供应商的最新目录。

  Maintains an up-to-date supplier catalog in alphabetical order.

• 按照计划与供应商打交道。

  Meets with suppliers according to schedule.

• 积极参与持续改善计划和降低成本进程。

  Actively participates in the continuous improvement and cost reduction processes.

• 根据需要参加问题解决会议。

  Participates in Problem Solving Meetings as required.

• 参加常规工作小组。

  Participates in NWT.

• 支持和参加有关新品开发小组。

  Supports and participates in the Job Launch teams.

• 参加和支持上美精益生产系统。

  Participates and supports SLMS Systems.

• 不断改进物料部门的程序。

  Continuously improves the Materials Department processes.

  Maintain workplace, equipment and materials clean, orderly and in good repair.

Summit Polymers Inc. is a Kalamazoo, Michigan based, multi-plant, automotive supplier of injection molded interior parts, which specializes in the engineering, manufacture and assembly of feature based a/c registers, consoles and trim panels. SPI has design and sales team, build up excellent symbiosis with many famous carmaker and automobile components supplier for example Ford, GM etc. The Nanjing Plant is established on June 2006, located in Jiangning Economic & Development Zone, and started production on February 2007, the company business performance is good, and being in the period of vigorously development, the existing staff are more than 500 people.
