Responsibilities:

1. To implement the IR strategy, help develop and manage relationship with investors by fully utilizing the professionalism and enthusiasm

2. To perform industry study, compile competitors intelligence and collect capital market opinions in a timely manner, including but not limited to financial performance, R&D, production, sales, etc., and put together research/analysis reports to assist management

3. To proactively coordinate and support IR events such as non-deal roadshows, conferences, one-on-one meetings, analyst days, investors’ site visits, etc., and effectively deliver the company story and key strategic updates

4. To appropriately address inquiries from investors and analysts, and maintain database for tracking investors communication

5. To liaise internally on earnings communications process by updating marketing materials including investor presentations, earnings scripts and others.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree and above in economics, finance, accounting, or life science, healthcare related majors. Overseas education or work experience preferred

2. Proficiency in modeling and PPT experience

3. 2-3 years working experience in finance, equity research or investment banking

4. Good command of English, both written and spoken

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Proactive, hardworking, details oriented, with strong sense of team working

7. Healthcare sector experience and knowledge preferred
