（1）岗位职责：主要负责室内外装修设计、协调及工程现场管理等工作。
（2）任职条件：
1、专科以上相关专业学历，中级以上职称(其他条件优异者可适当放宽)；
2、精通本专业相关知识，对本专业有全面的理解，熟悉相关专业施工和工艺流程；
3、五年以上本专业现场工程管理经验，具备旅游地产和星级酒店项目工程相关经验者优先；
4、具备良好的团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳，工作责任心强；
5、有较强的内外协调和沟通能力，能独立处理工程现场问题；
6、熟练使用AutoCAD和日常计算机软件。
