Job Description岗位职责:
Support and inspector. Review the check instruction together with QM for the assembly line .
现场支持与检查.对质量部工程师准备的总装检验指导书进行评估
Created and updated the check instruction base on the drawing and process for the first & sample inspection.
根据图纸要求及生产过程情况编制过程控制的首检及巡检检验指导书。
Check the drawing and instruct the team member how to inspection and define which parts need to do the ISIR base on the drawing and process together with QM colleague
与质量部同事根据图纸及生产工艺确定需要ISIR的部件及如何检测
Check the process stability of new samples with the relative workshop leaders. Prepare the improvement report and updated it also push for the solution before ISIR final be released
与车间主任共同确认新生产流程的一致性.准备改进清单，并跟踪汇报改进
Inspect and make decision for good receipt for the new fixture together with workshop
与车间共同对新工装进行检验作为系统手货的依据
Analysis the FPY failure and define & tracking the actions together with relative colleagues. Push the activities of improvement for FPY including supplier parts and In house parts.
检查生产线上一次送检率的记录情况.准备一次送检率报告.与相关部门同事共同确定改进措施。
Prepare the Scrap& rework report. Define the countermeasure of Scrap together with relative colleagues .
返修及报废报告的准备.与相关部门共同确定改进措施。
Evaluate the new standard . Prepare the overview report to manager for the deviation.
对新工艺流程进行可行性评估.对于生产现场的不一致情况进行定期汇报。

Professional Requirements专业资质要求:
Familiar for cooking appliance; 熟悉厨具产品
Good communication skills; 良好的沟通能力
Willing to learn, responsible, self-motivation, team spirit, result-oriented学习和改变的意愿
University or above with Major in Machinery or electronics 机械或电子专业
More than three years quality management 3年以上质量管理经验
Skilled in MS office and fluent in both written & oral English 熟练使用办公软件
Experience in using quality tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, Poka Yoke, SPC , cpk 会使用统计分析等质量工具
Experience in Failure Analysis and reporting.问题的分析与报告经验
