Senior /Lead Web Designer/Developer(英文流利)
Position Summary:
? The Senior/Lead Web Designer / Developer, more specifically Email Campaign Developer is responsible for preparation and deployment of HTML and text email content as well as the dynamic integration into a proprietary email delivery platform.

Position Responsibilities:
? Dynamic content coding
? Content change management
? Link tracking and email deployment using proprietary email platform.
? Basic send and deliverability monitoring
? Uploading HTML/Text content to email platform
? Applying dynamic content rules and configuring link tracking
? Working with account production managers in coordinating and communicating content change requests and production schedule
? Quality assurance of dynamic email
? Verifying dynamic content
? Meeting deadlines for content publication
? Serving as expert on email best practices and educating others

Skills/Requirements:
? Technical degree from a 4 year university or a technical school
? Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
? Strong technical skills including an expertise in HTML
? Understanding of Web development tools / technologies such as HTML, CSS, Photoshop and Javascript
? Superior attention to detail
? Ability to function in a high pressure/high ambiguity environment
? Advanced organizational, time-management and work prioritization skills
? Strong bias toward action and results-oriented activities
? Passion for learning new skills, expanding experience
? Strong interpersonal communication skills.
? Strong work ethic
