岗位职责：

与相关部门和人员沟通，高效率完成工作，跟踪和提高现场服务质量，协助专业技术人员进行日常人事行政方面管理。

1. 收集现场员工的需求信息，及时委派到设施技术员，并跟进相关的维修结果，同时与员工保持沟通和反馈；

2. 统计团队相关数据，并及时更新到表格内。

3. 负责团队人员的考勤管理，管理团队成员签到、休假、加班等表格文档。依据公司的要求，及时完成考勤统计和提交到HR；

4. 每月度收集现场运营文档，分类别给予存档，以备公司审核审查；

5. 统计全国各地的固定资产的编号及跟踪标签粘贴工作，做好固定资产管理工作；

6. 每月度组织人员对库房进行盘点，并且依据数据与工程师协商提交采购计划；

协助设施工程师进行人员管理工作，与相关部门、人员协调日常工作进展，组织召开日常各类会议，发布并跟踪会议纪要相关事项。

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，男女不限，35岁以下，熟练使用EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint等办公软件；

2. 2年以上设施文员工作经验，或行政、人事方面文员工作；

3. 适应且喜欢快节奏的互联网工作方式，具有较强的抗压能力；

4. 具有工作责任心强，具有良好的沟通、协调和响应能力。

    

9:00-18:00，周末双休，缴纳五险一金，带薪年假。
