Our client is a multinational company specialized in the research and production of top-notch audio and acoustic system.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- 负责全国商用系统业务和酒店业务销售目标的管理和实现；商用和酒店业务的洽商和项目实施过程的跟踪管理。
- 区域内专业系统业务和人员日常管理工作；带领销售人员完成区域销售指标；
- 根据区域内市场，制定并实施市场开发、培育及发展计划，准确预测区域内专业系统销售市场状况，定期进行销售分析；
- 参与制定公司专业系统业务发展策略、政策及目标；
- 推进实施专业渠道政策，维护和发展专业系统音响产品销售渠道
- 参与制定区域经销商的各类培训计划，并推进实施
- 参与建议并推进实施相关的广告宣传计划或各类推广活动；
- 执行其他可能随时分配之相关的任务

Working as a Recruitment Researcher/Talent Finder, located in either Shanghai or Beijing, (we have vacancies in both locations) the role encompasses working as part of a dedicated team comprising both Consultants and Researchers who are responsible for finding, evaluating and short listing candidates to fill exciting employment opportunities with our established client base.

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are capable of delivering a high quality service to multinational clients. Applicants should be educated to degree level. Experience within recruitment, telesales or market research would be advantageous. A proven track record of ambition and achievement, self-confidence and good business acumen are essential.
