汇报对象：市场和营销部长 

总职责：
1.实施招生和留住学生的制度流程，通过评估国际学校市场趋势，制定高标准的客户服务策略；
2.确保达到招生目标并确保最低流失人数，确保年度预测与预算一致；
3.确保自身保持吸引、转换和留住学生的角色意识，并积极参与所有相关市场招生活动。

 任职要求：
1.学士学位(商业、市场营销、公共关系等专业)；
2.在教育招生或市场销售方面有相关经验及发展证明；
3. 2-3年以上招生或市场营销工作经验，在竞争激烈的市场中成功提高销售业绩；
4.有服务行业经验或教育相关经验者优先考虑；
5.英文良好，可用作工作语言；

6.有较强的分析能力及使用数据调研支持策划的经验；
7.有客户销售管理操作体统操作经验，如 SALE FORCE；
8.有密切关注竞争对手市场活动的经验；
9.有使用数字和社交媒体平台促进销售及招生的经验；
10.能够建立强大的客户宣传和客户忠诚度；
11.有丰富的人际网络关系，能建立良好的人际关系。
 

员工应当：
1.按时专业地完成经协商一致后的工作任务，无迟到或无无故缺席等行为；
2.遵守和接受学校对其的工作指示、监督和评估；遵守学校的知道并以合理的技能，勤勉的履行工作内容；
3.遵守学校不时实施的任何及所有的规章制度及政策；
4.履行工作内容，维护学校的***利益，并真诚地维护学校的名誉和形象；
5.在处理与学校的聘用关系所有事宜时，秉承诚实诚用原则；
6.以对自己、学生和其他同事人身安全负责的方式展开工作，和遵守法律、学校的规章制度规定并履行本合同规定的其他义务。
