岗位职责

 

1.      制作具有工作室品质并富有影响力的市场营销素材

2.      使用各种平面设计及视频制作剪辑软件；创造性地思考并制作新的设计概念及平面布局

3.      定期和市场团队及创意成员合作市场营销素材

4.      多媒体测试素材并根据反馈做相应的修改

5.      遵循学校的品牌指南，制定整体品牌信息传递策略

 

岗位要求

 

1.    本科及以上学历，艺术设计相关专业毕业。

2.    熟练运用 PS、AI、CDR 等平面设计软件,擅长制作 H5 页面、PPT 设计优先；

3.    掌握手绘、动图制作等技能；

4.    美术功底良好，具有较高的审美意识，较强的设计能力及对需求的理解分析能力，具有良好的创意和追求完美的心态；

5.    良好的沟通及学习能力，有团队合作精神。
6.    英文沟通良好，可用作工作语言。

JOB SUMMARY:

·         Our ideal candidate is a team spirit, skilled and imaginative designer, who pays attention to details. If you can use a variety of graphic design and video editing software, as well as creative design concepts and layout, we are glad to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Create studio-quality and impactful marketing creatives;

·         Work with a wide range of graphic designing and video editing software; Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts;

·         Regularly collaborate with marketing team and work with our creative teammates on marketing creatives;

·         Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback;

·         Follow the school's brand guidelines and develop an overall brand messaging strategy.

 

REQUIREMENTS：

A successful candidate:

·         Bachelor degree or above, majored in art design or related.

·         Proficient in photoshop, AI, CDR and other graphic design software, good at designing H5 pages and PPT is preferred;

·         Master the skills of hand drawing and dynamic drawing making;

·         Good art skills, high aesthetic awareness, strong design ability and ability to understand and analyze needs, good creativity and the pursuit of perfection;

·         Good communication and learning ability, team work spirit.
·         Working language, English.
