1.      Handle new customer complaints, maintain the customer complaints master list to record the problems and status of 8D process;

2.      Monitoring 8D process to ensure customer complaints are solved effectively (no repeat issues) and efficiently(D3/D5);

3.      Lead the containment actions implementation to ensure no further defective products release to customer after occurrence of customer complaints

4.      Verify the effectiveness of 100% detection and/or poka-yoke to prevent repeat complaints

5.      Assist to update the product audit plan and finish goods inspection standards to guaranty 100% detection

6.      Classify & register the customer return defects sample & make visual management effectively

1, Good competence of written English 

2, Able to read & understand engineering drawings

3, Familiar with common quality problem solving tools;
