Support Somfy local BUs and customers in their various technical requests (product development, technical questions on products usage/installation/settings/compatibility etc.). Support Tactical Brand marketing team in products development and launching, playing a role of technical product expert and specifier. 

1.        Customer support: 

 - Explain the standard technical tools (wiring diagram, installation guide, datasheets, drawings, leaflets) to customers in order to help solve most of the technical problems encountered. - Feedback R&D department on products improvements recommended by customers. 

 - Deal and coordinate all the Technical Requests from customers including product customization, accessories development, products improvement with the concerned internal departments. 

 2.        Products development: 

- Product Specifier role

    

·         Support the Product manager during project phases by defining consistent product technical specifications (FUSP/FUMA), product benefits and product added values (certifications, leaflets, accessory compatibility).

    

·         Support R&D on end application tests & values/benefits translation.

    

·         Product benchmark, awareness of competitors products mapping, settings, compatibility and benefits.

- Support during product launching phase (sampling, shipment, BOM finalization etc.)

1.        MDM Key user:

- Responsible of Tactical Brands references creation

- Responsible of data quality: following Somfy Group’s guidelines, QSM format and given feedback on possible problems/improvements encountered
