职位描述
- 根据产品数据完成复材模具及装配夹具设计；Design composite mold and assembly jig according to product data
- 完成或完善工装相关文件，如工装管理程序、工装设计制造标准等；Complete or modify tooling related documents, such as tooling management procedure, tooling design and manufacturing standards, etc.
- 对生产现场的工装维护维修等提供技术支持；Provide technical support for tooling maintenance on production site
- 对工装外协制造提供技术支持; Provide technical support to tooling outsourcing manufacturing
- 辅助进行结构设计的制造工艺性改进；Assist to improve manufacturing process improvement for structure design
- 主管安排的其他工作。Other works assigned by supervisor
职位要求：
1. 学历：全日制本科及以上；专业: 机械设计或制造、飞行器设计或制造相关专业；Education: full-time bachelor degree or above; Major: Mechanical design or manufacturing, aircraft design or manufacturing, associated
2. 3年以上复材模具及装配夹具设计经验（装配夹具设计经验没有可放宽）；More than 3 years of design experience in composite mold and assembly jig (no experience in design of assembly fixture can be relaxed)
3. 熟练使用CAD设计软件NX (CATIA亦可)；Proficient in CAD design software such as UG/NX (CATIA is also acceptable)
4. 较好的英语听说读写能力，能与外方口头及书面良好交流；Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate with foreigners in both oral and written
5. 工作认真主动，有团队精神。Have initiative and team spirit.

The Seastar is purely unique in the design of corrosion-free composite airframe, wide-track corrosion-resistant landing gear including brakes and rims, centre-line engine configuration. All these designs ensure superior performance in speed, range, endurance, safety, cabin size and maintenance costs. The Seastar aircraft is able to perform take-off and landing capabilities both on runway and water surface. In general, it is a multi-purpose seaplane covering a wide range of commercial, governmental/special and corporate missions as well as VIP-transport.
