1. 角色及核心工作目标Roles and key working target

建立所负责实体的财务会计体系、成本费用核算体系、财务报告及分析体系，参与税务筹划、应收应付管理，为公司经营、管理决策，提供强有力支持。

Responsible for setting up finance and accounting system, costing and expense calculating system, finance reporting and analysis system of designated entity, join in tax plan, AR and AP management, provide strong support for company business operation and management.

1. 主要工作职责Main job responsibility

1、和公司其他会计一起，及时、准确完成所负责纳税主体每月账目建立、处理、结账、报税工作。

Work with other accountant, finish monthly account set up of responsible tax entity, accounting process and close, and tax claim,。

2、成本及费用审核与管理Costing and expense review and management.

（1） 严格按照公司财务制度审核成本费用，不徇私，必要时对成本、费用真实性、合理性进行深入调查，以有效控制成本、费用Review cost and expense strictly per company finance rules, and investigate authenticity and reasonability when necessary, to control cost and expense effectively。

（2）定期对公司不同主体成本费用情况进行分析，了解异常变动原因，并及时向管理层汇报，并向相关部门进行通报。

Make analysis on costing and expense of different entity, get to know reasons of variance, report to management in time, and inform to related department in time.

（3）针对成本费用变动较大项目，督促相关部门提出改进措施，并跟进落实。

For cost and expense that have high variance, supervise related department to make corrections and follow the execution.

（4） 督促业务部门严格执行公司成本、费用管理制度、规则，规避风险，控制成本。

Push business department to execute company costing and expense management rules and policy, avoid risk and control the cost.

（5） 建立成本、费用数据收集、核算、分析体系。

Set up costing and expense data collect, calculation and analysis system.

1. 任职资格及胜任力 Qualification and core competency

年龄/性别Age and gender ***， 28- 40 岁. ***, 28 to 40 years old.

学历/专业Education and major 财务管理、会计类专业，本科以上学历。 Majored on accounting and finance management, over bachelor degree

工作经验Working experience 6年以上制造业、商贸行业会计、财务管理工作经验，具备成本会计、管理会计、税务会计经验尤佳。 Over 6 years finance management/accounting working experience in manufactory, trading industry, have experience of costing/expense accountant, management accountant and tax accountant.

语言要求Language requirements CET 4 以上， 可读写英文邮件，编制英文报表，基本口语。Over CET 4, can write and read English email, make English report, basic speaking

专业知识 Professional knowledge 了解企业会计准则、税法、合同法等相关知识，掌握出口退税政策、流程， 具备外资制造业会计知识，了解生产制造流程。熟悉香港会计准则优先。Be familiar with PRC accounting rules, tax law, contract law, grasp tax return policy and procedure of export, have knowledge of WOFE accounting of manufactory experience, know manufactory process, knowing HK accounting rules are preferred.
