Description of position

r   Ensure POS normal operations at warehouses确保卖场POS操作系统正常运作

r   Responsible daily POS support & services at warehouses负责卖场每日POS操作系统支持服务

 

工作内容：

Daily tasks and responsibilities

r   Cover warehouses all over China涵括中国所有卖场

r   User POS support and training使用者POS问题咨询处理与教育训练

r   Co-work POS system development upon requested by project依项目需求配合开发POS系统

r   Deploy POS systems and verify functionality建置POS系统与验证系统功能

r   Track and determine POS issues and across systems (payment, invoice, etc.) 追踪并厘清POS问题，以及跨系统问题、如银行、支付、发票等

r   Maintain POS system and fix bugs for S/W and H/W 维护POS软硬件系统并修正程序瑕疵

r   Inspect and backup transaction history in warehouses routinely定期检视及备份卖场事务数据

r   Responsible vendor management to POS systems负责管理POS厂商与合约执行

r  Other designated job其他指派工作

 

应征资格：

Qualification

r   Be able to work by phone at night and on holidays须能电话轮值夜班及假日

r   Be passion, positive and willing to work hard热诚正向工作态度并可承受工作压力

r   Computer, EE & MIS related college graduate or above本科以上计算机、电机、电子、信息等毕业

r   Skill with C# or Java programming is a plus 具C#或Java程序语言开发经验优先

r   Have basic network and hardware concept具备基本网络及硬件概念

r   Be able to travel to other locations需能配合到各地出差

r   Be able to work at warehouses after office hours as requested需能配合在非上班时间到卖场工作

r   POS or retail experience is a plus 有POS或零售经验优先

r   Be responsible and willing to learn诚恳负责、肯学习

r   Language skills - basic English required基本英文能力
