一、主要职责Key Responsibilities

1、负责减速器传动系整体方案设计及齿轴开发方案,确保减速器产品性能要求。 

1.  Be responsible for transmission system design and development scheme of gear set, ensure the performance of gearbox products. 

2、负责传动系统开发过程中的计算校核，编制校核文档。 

2.  Be responsible for the calculation in the development process and compile related doucement. 

3、负责齿轴详细的设计，2D、3D图纸发布。 

3.  Be responsible for the detail design of gear set and release 2D and 3D drawings.

4、负责完成齿轴相关技术文件的编制（设计规范、DFMEA、特殊特性清单等）。 

4.  Be responsible for complete the related technical documents of gear set (design specifications, DFMEA, special characteristics, etc). 

5、负责与供应商进行技术交流，支持采购、质量部对供应商进行考评管理。 

5.  Responsible for technical communication with suppliers and support purchase and quality department in supplier evaluation management; 

6、支持齿轴结构功能验证，跟踪试验结果问题，提出解决方案并执行。 

6.  Support the verification of gear set, track the test results, propose solutions. 

7、完成领导交予的其他工作。 

7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.    

 

二、任职资格Qualifications

1、本科及以上学历，机械相关专业

1、Bachelor degree or above；Major in Mechanics or related major；

2、4年以上齿轮轴设计经验，具备NVH优化设计项目经验,精通齿轮宏观/微观参数设计，熟悉齿轴类零部件NVH产生原因及改善方案，熟悉齿轴仿真分析及优化方法，熟悉齿轮轴制造工艺。

2、More than 5 years experience in gear set design, have NVH optimization design experience from project, proficient in macro/micro parameter design of gear set, familiar with NVH causes and improvement scheme of gear set, familiar with gear set simulation analysis and optimization methods, familiar with gear set manufacture process..

3、具备齿轮设计、机械设计、机械原理等相关理论知识。

3、Have theoretical knowledge of gear set design, mechanical design, mechanical principle etc.

4、具备齿轮系统动力学、力学、振动噪声等相关理论知识。

4、Have theoretical knowledge of dynamics of gear system, mechanics, vibration and noise etc.

5、掌握英语六级及以上语言能力，进行英语日常交流；

5. Master cet-6 and above, and conduct daily English communication;
