本科及以上学历

工作职责：
?Design and develop BOSS end user training programs& materials for the BOSS implementation across the functional work stream. This will include system transaction based training as well as training of new business processes and major changes.

?Design and deliver ‘Train the Trainer’ programs to prepare Key Users in the region to adequately run this training program as trainers for their country

?Adapt and eventually translate training material to local and country specific requirements throughout the implementation

?Prepare training system, data and exercises for all training programs

?Delivery of training programs to the user community and providing continued support to Key Users

?Assess effectiveness of the training program and identify user performance gaps. Retrain user as needed.
工作经验：
?Strong background in training design and delivery.

?Proven BOSS Training design & delivery experience in a classroom setting, ideally in multicultural teams across multiple locations, as well as leveraging remote training techniques

?Min 5-7 years experience as trainer and/ or functional BOSS consultant with end user exposure preferably with Release 4.6C and or ECC 6.0
知识技能：
?Good process knowledge across core Finance BOSS Modules.

?Knowledge of BOSS configuration preferred.

?Must be proficient (written and verbal) in both English and Chinese (must be both)

?Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, (excel, word, PowerPoint, and Visio)

?Good awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences

?Able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently and effectively

?Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting at all levels

?Results-oriented team player who is able to work independently with limited guidance
