一、职责描述job description:

1、新能源汽车电驱动模块系统的总体方案策划、定义

Overall scheme planning and definition of new energy vehicle electric drive module system

2、技术项目管理，确定团队成员，制定分解研发计划及节点，技术风险识别及控制

Technical project management of projects such as independent development and foreign cooperation, determination of team members, development of decomposition R & D plan and milestones, technical risk identification and control

3、负责电机、电池、电控等三电的开发，指导电机、变速箱和电力电子单元的开发

Responsible for the development of motor, battery and electric control and to guide the development of motors, gearboxes and power electronics units

4、组织牵头项目执行或开发，技术审核及争议决策，供应商，合作伙伴，工程，团队内部等相关的技术问题沟通与解决。技术风险意识及管控。

Organize and lead project implementation or development, technical review and dispute decision-making; communicate and solve technical problems related to customers, suppliers, partners, engineering, team internal, etc. Technology risk awareness and control.

5、负责电驱动模块系统的试验验证

Responsible for the test verification of the electric drive module system

6、负责电驱动模块试制试装

Responsible for trial-production and trial-assembly of electric drive module

7、组建和管理研发团队

Established and managed the r&d team

 二、任职要求Job requirements:

1、研究生及以上学历，汽车或机械工程背景。

Master's Degree or equivalent (e.g.) in Mechanical Engineering or vehicle technology

2、15年以上的汽车动力总成相关研发经验， 5 年以上团队管理经验。

A minimum of 15 years of experience in an automotive or similar engineering environment thereof 5 years in a leading position

3、在汽车系统开发方面有丰富经验，包括电力驱动和其他引擎，传动，电力电子，电池，线束和连接器。

A high-level experience in developing car systems including electric drives and other engines, transmission，power electronics, batteries, wire harnesses and connectors

4、英语流利，会德语更佳。

Fluent in English, German is a plus.
