• Responsible to manage clinical study support activities according to SOP and GCP/ICH guidelines and other regulatory requirements
• Support clinical study on documentation, system, finance and study teams’ other administrative support
• Study drug supply management and other supply management to ensure study supply delivery met study requirement
• Study operation support including but not limited to EC submission, HGRAC submission, Contract signing
• Study documentation and TMF management
• Vendor and system management & support
• In-house support to all kinds of audit or inspection
• Meeting organization support
• Maintain a central database for study, site, investigator, and contact information
• Other clinical development supports 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor or above
• Minimum of 1 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare discipline

• Must have strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Must have strong knowledge of protocol and clinical drug development processes, clinical study design, study planning and management. 
• Good technical/IT skills. 
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, administrative skills and computer ability.
• Fluent in English. Travel as required.
