职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
- Welcome visitors or guests initially and transfer to the proper internal parties
- Responsible for meeting room, company cars arrangement
- Responsible for handing out stationary, relative documents, sending invitation letters
- Responsible for Buyers meal during peak season
- In charge of management of telephones, Fax, Printers, office waters and cleanness, and so on
- Deal with staff work attendance, such as daily registration, monthly collection, etc.
- Assume some security guard access control by verifying employee identification, issuing visitor passes, and by observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious persons or activities
- Sourcing local travel agencies, coordinate all staff's travel issues;
- Support for paper works in human resources department
- Others duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- College or above
- New graduates or someone with similar working experience are taken into consideration (English environment is a plus)
- Good command of computer skills, and familiar with Office software
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin
- Professional secretarial skills and communication skills
- Hardworking and service oriented, cheerful personality (warm, patient, positive, etc.)
