Job Descriptions:

This person would need to travel to different factories to manage the following task:

• Lead initial opening meetings with different vendors/ factories so they understand the brand and high-quality expectations
• Overseas all customized tooling development and sample validation process.
• Report reviewing: follow up on critical dimensions and issues faced in the past to mitigate risk
• Communicate with the factory on a daily basis for new product launches and daily production, then report to the English-speaking manager.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferable with the major of engineering background.
• Ability of Trouble shoot issues, and /or extensive tooling knowledge and background for processing, (metals and injection molded plastics).
• Bilingual English/Chinese (spoken and written).
• luxury background is an advantage but not mandatory, having sense to understand luxury brands, machinery, tooling and communicate with their factories/ vendors representing the brand.
